1. Installation

  1. Search for "MDTWF" in Google Play Store or Apple Store.
  2. Install the application in the search result. Make sure that the developer is "ictcodes".

2. Signing in

  1. Once installed, open the app. Enter the registered mobile number and press the "Get OTP" button.
  2. You might see a window open automatically to perform Recaptcha check. You might need to solve the captcha inorder to continue.
  3. You will receive an error if your number is not registered or inactive in the Scheme. Contact support for issues related to registered mobile number.
  4. You will receive an OTP to the registered number if everything is OK.
  5. If the OTP is received on the same device, it might automatically login to Home Page depending on your device. Otherwise, enter the OTP received manually and press "Sign in" button.

3. Using the App

  • Once signed in, you will be navigated to Home Screen
  • Home screen contains a dashboard where users can switch between members (if joint account)
  • Account information, latest transactions & deaths, etc. are available in the dashboard.
  • Users can copy User ID and virtual UPI id to clipboard by pressing on them.
  • Users can switch to transactions page by pressing on the Transactions tab
  • Users can access all of his transactions here. There are 4 types of transactions: First recharge, Recharge, Death & Disease.
  • For recharges, users can view/download corresponding payment receipts by pressing the transaction. A download button is present in the next page along with all the details regarding the transaction.
  • For death & disease, all relevant details can be viewed by pressing the transaction.
  • Users can navigate to profile page by pressing the Profile tab
  • Users can upload/change their profile picture in this page. The image uploaded should be maximum of 5MB.
  • Users can also update some information in case of any edits. Only some infomations can be changed from the App. User can start editting by clicking the "Edit" button.
  • If user needs to change any other data, please contact support.
  • User can logout of the app by pressing the "Logout" button. User will be logged in as long as their cookie expires, if not logged out manually.

3. Recharging

  1. Recharging can be done using the following methods:
    1. Offline: User can pay at the District Office/Unit Office
    2. Direct Bank: User can pay at any Federal Bank of India by filling the e-collection form. User need to fill in the User ID instead of account number.
    3. Online Bank: User can pay using his bank app. User has to fill in the User ID instead of account number, enter "FDRL0001647" as IFSC (Federal Bank Malappuram Branch). If your User ID is showing error during payment, please contact support.
    4. UPI app: User can pay at using any UPI apps like GPay, PhonePe, PayTM, etc. Virtual UPI id needs to be given as the UPI ID for paying. If your UPI ID is showing error during payment, please contact support.
  2. Payment done will be updated within 48 hours at the latest.
