How Does It Work?
Having trouble with the MDTWF App?
We are here to help. Below are the different ways you can get help.
1Install App
1. Search for "MDTWF" in Google Play Store or Apple Store.
2. Install the application from the search result. Make sure that the developer is "Cabin4 Professionals"
2Signing In
1. Once installed, open the app.
2. Enter the registered mobile number and press the 'Get OTP' button.
3. You will receive an error if your number is not registered or inactive in the Scheme.
4. Contact support for issues related to the registered mobile number.
5. You will receive an OTP to the registered number if everything is OK.
6. If the OTP is received on the same device, it might automatically login to the Home Page depending on your device.
7. Otherwise, enter the OTP received manually and press the 'Sign in' button.
3Using the App
1. Once signed in, you will be navigated to the Home Screen.
2. The Home screen contains a dashboard where users can view details of the joint account (if joint account).
3. Account information, latest transactions, and deaths, etc., are available in the dashboard.
5. Users can switch to the transactions page by pressing on the History tab.
6. Users can access all of their transactions here. There are 4 types of transactions: Recharge, Death, and Disease.
7. For recharges, users can view/download corresponding payment receipts by pressing the transaction. A download button is present on the next page along with all the details regarding the transaction.
8. For death and disease, all relevant details can be viewed by pressing the transaction.
9. Users can navigate to the profile page by pressing the Profile tab.
10. Users can upload/change their profile picture on this page. The image uploaded should be a maximum of 5MB.
12. If users need to change any of their data, they should contact support.
13. Users can log out of the app by pressing the 'Logout' button inside Profile tab. Users will remain logged in as long as their cookie expires unless logged out manually.
4Recharging
1. Recharging can be done using the following methods:
a. Offline: User can pay at the District Office/Unit Office.
d. UPI App: Users can pay through the recharge tab of MDTWF app and user would be redirected to UPI apps like GPay, PhonePe, PayTM, etc.
2. Payment done will be updated under the transaction history within 48 hours at the latest.
Delete My Account

Your account and all associated data will be deleted permanently upon your request. Please note that this process is irreversible and we cannot retrieve your data in the future. So Kindly make sure to backup all your information before making the request.
